Wheat Pudding Halym (4-5 servings)
- 1/2 lb to 1 lb stew meat (Tastes better if used with boned meat).
- 1/2 pound wheat seeds (pre-shelled, white wheat)
- onions 2,3
For garnishing :
- heated cooking oil
Pre-soak the wheat 1-2 hours before cooking. Wash and put the wheat in a pot and cover with enough water so that the water tops the wheat. On high heat let it cook until the water starts boiling.
